What Punkin does
Punkin takes your remaining calories and macros, looks at what you actually have in your kitchen, and suggests meals that fit. You can photograph your fridge or pantry and get a grocery list back. It scans barcodes, and it works from a free tier that does not expire.
There is a 7-day Premium trial for new accounts. On the eighth day the account reverts to free rather than billing automatically.
How these guides are made
Each guide starts from a real search query. Drafts are produced with AI assistance, then edited and approved by a person before publishing — nothing here publishes automatically.
Nutrition figures come from USDA FoodData Central and the other published sources cited at the bottom of each article. Where an article compares Punkin to other apps, the pricing shown is what was publicly listed on the date noted under the table; competitors change their pricing without notice.
These guides are general nutrition information, not medical or dietary advice. If you have a medical condition or specific dietary needs, talk to a qualified professional.
Corrections
If something here is wrong, it gets fixed. Published articles are edited and republished when an error surfaces — the update date on each article reflects the last real change to it.
